If you wish to return a product you purchased from MIHALARIAS ART gallery, you have the option of returning your order and replacing the product or issuing a credit invoice within 30 days of receiving your order. To withdraw, you must send an email to the email address art@mihalarias.gr. To exercise the right of withdrawal you must also inform us of the order number and state whether you wish to change the product or issue a credit (receipt or invoice). In the event that you wish to replace the product, make sure that you have included the new product you wish to purchase in the e-mail message that you will send us. You cannot exercise the right of withdrawal when the subject of this is any of the following products:
• Products tailored to the customer’s needs.
• Music CDs/DVDs whose original packaging has been removed.
• Sealed products, which are not suitable for return for health reasons, and which have been opened after delivery.

A condition for SM FINE ART SA to change/replace a product and/or issue a credit (invoice-receipt) is the prior delivery by you of the products to be returned to the gallery at 260 Kifissias Avenue & Diligianni, Kifissia 14562 either by you or via courier at your expense absolutely intact, inside their packaging always accompanied by their purchase invoice or the corresponding retail receipt. In the event that the proσducts are returned damaged or incomplete or out of their packaging or in the event that they are not accompanied by their purchase invoice or the corresponding retail receipt, SM FINE ART SA reserves the right not to accept the return of the product and not to credit the purchase cost of this to your account. The cost of restoration will be determined by the condition of the products and SM FINE ART SA is authorized to unilaterally determine this. In all cases of return – regardless of the reason – the relevant courier costs are borne by the customer, who also bears the risk of non-destruction of the product. We recommend that you keep the courier receipt until the return process is completed.
